At the beginning of June of 2009 my wife, Camille, and I went to Paris for a week. We stayed in the Left Bank near Jardin du Luxembourg, which is a great central location, and took the Metro everywhere. Great system, the Metro, never had to wait more that 7 minutes for a train. Great time, great food, great art, what can one say about Paris except that it's one of the greatest cities in the world!

I got a new digital camera just for the trip, and took over 500 shots, of which about 400 are here. Of particular interest (at least to me) are the Reliquaries in the Cluny museum and the Spirit Poles in the new Branly.
